Here's a photo of Linnea and Jeff last Wednesday, August 15, just before they departed on their journey to Washington D.C. You can see a little of their new car, VW Jetta. It was a bit of a shock to get the news that their old Hyundai was throwing a rod and needed a new engine on the Friday before they were to leave. But they got busy and looked at their options and bought this car instead!And it must have been a good decision because they arrived safely in Washington D.C. on Sunday. They are now waiting for the arrival of their belongings that they packed into a pod. That should turn up tomorrow.
You can see from the photo that Christian is a little sad that Linnea and Jeff are leaving. We all miss them a lot, but are excited for their new adventures!
